Hello! I'm new to MyFitnessPal!

I only just joined MyFitnessPal. In the 2 days that I've been focused on losing weight, just by modifying my diet, I've already lost 8 lbs. down to 422 from 430! This is too fast - so, I need to tweak my diet for a more reasonable weight loss rate! If anyone wants to 'Friend' me, please do! I have a lot of weight to lose - so, I'm going to be on here a long time! Any advice you'd care to offer is most welcome! I can always use the encouragement to stay motivated!
