seeing as i saw a bench with 30 lbs of my best in the womens... i'll just go ahead and say i feel inferior off the bat lol

was very proud of the 12+ pull ups i could do before i got injured in the past year. i weighed around 165.

does that count in this thread?

    I weigh about 175

    OHP - Actual 1RM 135
    Bench - Actual 1RM 205
Deadlift - Actual 1RM 365 though that was a little while ago and I should be able to beat that now
    Squat - I haven't done a true 1RM, but my heaviest working set has been 275 x 5

Nothing amazing, but is miles from where I was when I started.

Not as much as I used to. I'm using Stronglifts to fix that, and keep my ego in check as I build up.
I'll post up some numbers at the end of the summer.

    Current Stronglift weights (lbs)
    Squat: 150
    Bench:110
    Row: 115
    OH Press: 65
    Deadlift: 155

I'm 3 weeks back into lifting after being out for almost a year (injury, and then life)

Both groups are at ~260-270lbs, all with less than 1 year of training

    Current:

    Bench 185x15 to chest
    Squat 315x15 to 90*
Not DLing due to my prior injury yet
No spotter, so Mil press is DB 75x15.

    Prior to injury:
    Bench 350x3 (max) 315x10
Squat 650x10 never tried for 1rm
DL 250 (messed up wrist, which I later injured)
    OHP 250 1rm, 185x10

i've lost about 20 lbs in 4 months on a net 1400 cal/day diet and playing soccer, biking dailing, running 2-3 times a week.

here's the one is do about 2-3 days before a game.

20 kg (45 lb) kettle bell:
    dead lift x 20
    goblet squat x 12-15 (12 kg bell)
    swings x 20
overhead bell crunch x 20 (20 kg bell)
clean to press x 12-15 (with 12 kg bells)

    repeat 2-3 sets
run-- goal is 7 min mile for 1st mile, 8 min mile for next 2 miles

also good to throw in box jumps, burpees, bulgarian split squat, walking lunges

My lifts are super weak I can't wait to hit my goal weight so I can start building muscle.

    5'10 177 pounds

    Bench 155 x5
    dead lift 225 x5
    squat 185 x5
    OHP 90 x5

Not sure on 1 rep max I work out alone and don't want to find out.
