Honestly, if you are at least getting out and walking 30 minutes a day, that will help curb the binge cravings, even on the weekends. I don't know what you are allowing for your calorie count each day, but even when I go out with friends on the weekend, I find that the meals I order, are barely above the calorie count of the meals I have at home and they are more filling. Even Buffalo Wild Wings does well for staying close to calorie counts. What is killing you the most is the drinking....the calories in that alone are off the chart. If you have to take in more calories than you should for the day, do it with food and stay away from the booze. You will feel better all around.0
