I've been making this recipe:

I've been using either oat flour or whole wheat. I'm planning on using soy flour in my next batch and was wondering if anyone had used soy flour and if I should use the same amount of soy flour as I did whole wheat or oat or less?

I may be wrong but I think you need to mix the soy flour with another flour to get the same consistency that you would have with wheat flour.0
