*Stepping up to the podium*

Hi everyone, My name is Des and I'm 33 years old wanting to lose about 65 lbs. I'm a type 2 diabetic, have PCOS, anxiety and depression. I know that all of these things can be helped by some weight loss. I'm tired of being that girl the is always starting over on Mondays. Most of the time I fail by the end of the first day. I'd love to have some help staying on track. Thanks for reading. :)

Tell yourself you can make it through one day. Once you do. Tell yourself you can do it for two days.

    Repeat.

Hey There! I too have PCOS and I know it can be hard because of that! But just like the other poster...On day at a time. If you have a bad one so what. 2 things I find super helpful: 1 using the phone app! Its always there and you can post as soon as you eat something! 2. PLAN. Plan your meals for the day, if you're going out with friends at lunch, look at the menu and plan on what you're getting before you go. Planning it gives you the control over it!

    You have this!
