Cardio Acceleration for Leg Day

Hey all...been doing Cardio Acceleration with my upper body lifts. Ive been slack on Leg day, but plan on redoing tomorrow, but need some good CA for Leg Day. ANy ideas? Remember I only have 30-60 seconds in between sets.

    What have you been doing? Do you have access to Battle Ropes?

    have you tried more advanced body weight stuff?

    I really like
    tuck jumps- or squat jumps
    single leg jumps
    burpees with a box jump
    bulgarian split squats
    pistol squats

    easy to add smaller weights or KB to or just do them sans weight.

    i might throw the burpees in there. The key is to NOT use the body part you're lifting with so Burpees might fit. Thank you!
