    You won't hate it, as you progress your form becomes tighter with all the squat frequency.

    Yeah, starting from the bottom with the weight to work on form (that and the fact that my back is very suspect currently). Worked on form over the weekend also with no weight, where you do that thing where you get close to the wall and squat (but don't touch the wall). I find it is great of creating the muscle memory of getting the weight on the heels, which my body tends to avoid unless I think about it the whole time.
