Just figured that I'd say hi! I've had weight issues my whole life and now, after much struggling, I am the lightest I have been in many years...but the loss is getting slower and slower. I'm getting to the stage where I start thinking 'what's the point, I'm not losing anyway' and binge....which I then instantly regret and gives me huggge amounts of guilt for days. I've recently started jogging, and I've found that I actually quite enjoy it. So here's hoping it will work this time!
