I noticed no one else had started the thread this month, and shock horror - ive actualy done it! isn't it about a year now since i did this.
Anyhoo.
My goal for this month is just to be good and to lose weight.
SW: 155.2lbs
Goal for end of month: 152lbs

Hey,
My goal for the month is to try and get into a 'healthy' BMI which for my height would be 200lbs, any more than that would be a bonus.
Anyway, as I weigh in on a Saturday morning:
SW (Oct 30th): 208lbs
CW (Nov 6th): 206lbs
GW (Nov 27th): <200lbs0 -

My goal is to continue losing (just broke through a plateau). Not that fussed how much as long as the numbers are going down!
SW (6/11): 125.5lbs
Goal for the end of the month: 123.50 -
Didn't quiet make my 10lb target last month, but did 8lb so all's still good really.
Only going for a 5lb loss this month though - I get married next Friday, and I'm not eating well as I'm off work and therefore out of routine for 3 weeks! It's certainly not gone well so far, tomorrow morning's weigh-in could be bad...0 -

Hi all, thank you for setting this up curvykatie. Well I'm pleased to say I lost 3lb last month! I won't lose that much this time as I'm on maintenance calories because I was struggling to keep to my calorie allowance and kept going over. I'm going to try and stay just under maintenance and let the weight come off more slowly. I only have 3lb to go until I'm at goal so hopefully that will be in time for Christmas.

I maintained my weight last month which was my goal, I'm also lifting heavier weights at the gym which I'm really pleased with. This month I'm giving up alcohol for the month. I don't usually drink that much, normally a couple of glasses of wine limited to weekend nights but I fancied the challenge as I think it becomes a bit of a habit.0

Tag for later - I'm only 8 days late!
I'm currently eating at maintenance of my goal weight because I'm fed of these last few pounds. If its going to take forever then I'd rather it took forever eating a bit more! Still running, and just trying to be healthy now.
