Adding more cardio for weightloss

Hi all. My weight loss has stalled and I'm thinking it's because I'm not getting enough old fashioned cardio. My usual workouts consist of bootcamp twice a week, personal training twice a week and INSANITY class twice a week. Many would argue that INSANITY is not cardio. I personally don't know if it is or isn't. I feel like I'm doing too much lifting and not enough non impact, calorie burning type cardio (running, stair master, elliptical etc). My shoulders are become wide and bulky, my arm diameter is the widest they've ever been but not very defined- it's making me really self-conscious. I look huge in photos.

Has anybody had weight loss results just by adding strick cardio to the routine? Has anyone broken their plateau this way?

Need a calorie deficit for weight loss. If cardio produces that deficit, then it will work. Boot camp and insanity sound kinda cardio-ish to start with though. And 6 days/week of exercise is already significant. I'm guessing you'll see better success locking down the intake.
