Hey Ok, so I am new to the board. I just had a second child six weeks ago and am trying to lose baby weight. I gained up to 179 pounds after the baby was born and am down to 161 currently. I am very frustrated with how long it's taking to come off as the baby is 6 1/2 weeks old but I have just in the last week been given clearance to start working out again because of a Cesarean that put me on my butt for a few weeks. Love the baby, just not his method of arrival. But anyway, so I am trying to lose down to about 105 pounds in an attempt to get my lose skin to come in. I was on a mission and well on my way before I got pregnant this last time. I was down to 125 and losing a pound every other week steadily. My top weight- 303. Yep. And that's where I get all the lose skin from. I want to gain muscle but not too much of it and lower my BMI down so that the skin has no choice but to come in and cling to the lean muscle underneath. It's just so frustrating! I was well on my way, seeing tangible results and now, I am back to 161 and it's not coming off fast enough. I am happy to be here, this site rocks Do any of you maybe have any suggestions? I have to still be careful moving around too much as I am still sore from the surgery but I don't want to sit here and be idle in the meantime either.
