I've been working out and eating better for about a month now (pretty much what I've logged in my diary for the past few days) but I'm not losing weight???? I definitely feel and look a lot fitter and my stomach isn't visible through my shirt (finally) but I don't know what's going on??? Could it be that I'm not consuming enough calories and does that really make a difference?

Well your diary is set to private... Are you logging accurately? Using a scale for solids, measuring cup for liquids? Logging everything you eat?

With that said - if you look and feel better why does it matter what the scale says?
  • I'm logging in everything I eat and I don't own a scale so I do my best to estimate my food. And I need to lose weight because I gained a lot during the past few months in college and I know for a fact that there's still a lot of fat stored somewhere, and ideally I'd like to get back down to at least 130. (I'm 5'7" for measure)

Also I edited the privacy settings if that should help.
