Swollen ankles and 30DS

I completed Day 24 of the 30 Day Shred today (so close!). My ankles have been sore for a couple days, so I took a break yesterday. Anyway, today while I was dress shopping, I noticed that my ankles are VERY swollen. I haven't been wearing shoes while I've been working out, and I'm thinking that's part of the problem. I know I should take it easy but I really want to finish this workout. Any suggestions? I will definitely wear shoes going forward!

    Be very careful!

    You should definitely wear shoes while working out.

    I think you should take a break for a few days and let your ankles heal the rest of the way. You don't want them to get worse than they already are.

    Thanks for the advice. I did work out today but did very low impact moves for my lower body. I also wore my shoes. I'll be icing my right foot and ankle tonight - hopefully that helps me....
