how to calculate a serving size

I have a recipe for falafel and im wondering how i can figure out the serving size for this recipe .. how can i do that ? If when i make it i roll them into lets say 12 balls would the serving size be 12 ?

Calculate the calories for the entire recipe, and then divide by the number of falafels you end up with. If it's 1000 calories for the whole recipe and you make 10 falafels, it'll be 100 calories each. You can set it so it has 10 servings, with serving size being 1 falafel. But obviously if you eat two, you've eaten two servings totaling 200 calories.
This assumes each of the falafels is the same size.0 -
