Anyone else having trouble because of their family?

Not that I want to blame my family for my weight gain when I should have more self-control, but I live at home and have no job so I can't buy groceries. I don't have a driver's license either so it's not like I can join a gym. My family has a tendency to eat out a lot and buy unhealthy foods, so I'm stuck in a rut of bad foods.

Go out an pick healthier low calorie choices. Ask your parents to throw in a couple groceries for you on the list. As for not having a car, take it as an opportunity to work out. Walk or jog everywhere!0

Logging my day beforehand and planning everything out seems to help me when I'm at my parents' house, surrounded by junk food! They will usually buy healthier stuff for me too if I make them a list beforehand.0

When you eat out with them, try and pick something on the healthier side. Only eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day. I've even asked the waiter/waitress to box half my order when I placed it, so I wouldn't be tempted to finish my whole plate. Also drink water or tea -minus all the sugar, flavored teas are good though. As for not having a car, take a walk around the neighborhood, grab your MP3 player and jam as you walk.0

Ok I am looking for friends I am not new but it's been a while. I love the program. I am a mother and a wife . My family likes what they like. I often found myself making either 2 meals or modifying. Please add for mutual support.0

Having them box your order is a great idea! It seems so simple, yet I never would have thought of this.0
