Hello everyone!!

Could someone please add me and take a look at my diary? I really need some advice ....I have no idea if im doing good with my food/calories/workouts and I could really use some opinions, advices...anything at all!

    *Measure liquids

    *Exercise for fitness
    (weight lifting is my recommendation)

    *Be Honest with Yourself

    *Measure yourself, take silly pictures and then enjoy your progress.
