i am 6 feet weighing 227lb.
What should be my realistic targets set per month?

  • Probably 1700 calories or so. I went with 227g Carbs, 55g fat, and 65g protein.

    227 grams of carbs sound really high. If you do, make sure you eat them early in the day.

    I'm 225 currently and 6' tall. My daily totals are set for 1770 calories 177g carbs, 177g protein, and 39g fat. I tend to loose about 5-6 lbs a month and my end goal is 9% body fat or 199 which ever comes second. :-)
  • You're right, my ratios were a little off.

    Now aiming for 165g carbs, 165g protein, and 37g fat.

    Or 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. Which is a decent 'workout' ratio, or so I read.
