Weight Training Question

Ive been doing 5x5's for about two weeks now and Ive noticed Ive gotten to a weight where my arms can't lift the barbell over my head to do squats and calf raises. Im not sure what to do about it. I do bench presses, but it seems my arms are much weaker than my legs. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Pretty much this. Not many option if you're going to squat "heavy" with a BB.0 -

This.
Naturally your legs are stronger than your legs/back.
If you don't have access to a squat rack then you might have to switch to higher reps (so that you have constant progression).0 -
Thanks guys! Im not sure why I didn't think of this since I have joined a gym which Im guessing has the proper equipment.0
