Good morning, I was wondering where it says to messure your hips, is that at the bottom of your belly or accross your bum?

    I believe it's usually across the bum, as that's the widest part of the hips & where women typically carry their weight.

    *shrug* I measure across my bum. I figure that as long as I measure in the same spot every time, it'll show progress. :)

    Hi,

    You measure your hips across your booty at the widest part.
    As far as measuring waist, you measure across ur waist at the belly button.

    i measure around my hips, but mine are kinda obvious lol so i dont have problems finding them LOL
