how to take messurements

Good morning, I was wondering where it says to messure your hips, is that at the bottom of your belly or accross your bum?

I believe it's usually across the bum, as that's the widest part of the hips & where women typically carry their weight.

*shrug* I measure across my bum. I figure that as long as I measure in the same spot every time, it'll show progress.

Hi,

You measure your hips across your booty at the widest part.
As far as measuring waist, you measure across ur waist at the belly button.

i measure around my hips, but mine are kinda obvious lol so i dont have problems finding them LOL
