I'm Back!

My fitness pal was so helpful last year that I reached my goal weight and kept it off all summer. School started and I lost sight of my eating habits and exercise routine (I'm a teacher and mom of 4). I'm happy to say that I started doing Zumba 3x a week but I still need structure/limits with my eating portions. So, I'm back!
