Hi Guys.
Just restarting my fitness journey having broken my leg ( whilst roller skating) in 3 places.
I also managed to pull my ankle apart....yuck yuck yuck.
So last year I ran a half marathon, just signed up to do the adidas silverstone half marathon in March.
Only 2 problems.....Ive put on about 3 stone since not being able to exercise, and I fall over running round corners cos my balance is all shot...... ( but I do look funny running!)

Wow, I'm proud of you for signing up for those half marathons! I've never broken a bone (excuse me while I knock on wood!) and the only way I'd run one is if somebody had a knife. (Figure I can't outrun a gun, but I've got a shot with the knife!) Welcome back and good luck!0
