Good weight loss workouts?

I want to lose about 15 pounds in 2 months (by the last week of august 2014).
But my long term goal is lose 40-50 lbs by May 2015.
I have no idea how to start Any workout tips, ideas and plans?

Maintain a calorie deficit. This is how you lose weight. For workouts, find something that you enjoy and will help you maintain that deficit while also making you healthier in the long run. Some people like to run, some like to lift, some like to so a combination of things.
Then best will be what you can stick with. Try some things out, find what you enjoy (or best tolerate) and good luck.0 -
The above poster is so right. Everyone I know has a different workout strategy.
For me, I was a dancer for years and I have always walked my dog (has to be done!haha) and I didn't start seeing results until I put my treadmill on a significant incline and walked with weights in hand. I figure lets get it all done.
Also, obviously try not to eat the deficit but if your building muscle a little you might have wiggle room. Hope I helped.0
