Hello,

I lost 12 pounds last year using myfitnesspal and was in the best shape of my life. Then, life happened and suddenly I find myself at the highest weight I've ever been. Very quickly. Trying to get back to really tracking my calories and activity-- it can be annoying at times, but effective and gratifying. It's just so hard to get back on track when you fall off! Looking for some support from other people who've been on both ends of the spectrum, feel like I've fallen so far.
