Achieving flat stomach and loosing weight in 7 weeks!

Okay guys so not sure if im heading in the right direction here so wondered if anyone could offer any tips?
Im 5ft 4 and weigh 122 pounds! Although this is not overweight i seem to carry alot of it around my stomach and would really like to get rid of this! So far this is what im eating.
Breakfast- 1 medium egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a dash of semi skimmed milk.
Lunch- 2 Quorn burgers with side salad.
Mid afternoon snack- High protein 0% fat yoghurt.
Dinner- 1 Chicken Breast with veg and brown rice.

I also do HIIT twice a week!
Would really appreciate any advice or tips! I want to loose around 5 pounds but hopefully all from my stomach.

Genetics will determine where your fat departs from. It is very unlikely that all 5 lbs will leave from your stomach area.

With only 5 lbs to lose, and as you are already a healthy weight, you should only aim to lose a maximum of 0.5 lb per week.

However, you may be better off eating at maintenance, or just below, and adding a progressive heavy lifing routine, which will help you lose inches.

    ^this!

From what you listed it sounds like you are eating far to little to be healthy. I know you probably want rapid weight loss but this way you will lose lots of muscle mass which will only get you further away from that flat belly and the 'toned' look. You need patience with this...

I'm 5'3.5 and 120lb, I also don't love my tummy either but know that it won't go away even if I were to get down to 110lb... I'm eating 1600+ cals a day, including 100g protein and following a weight training programme (Stronglifts 5x5) which I am noticing is making very slow, steady progress for fat loss.
  • The only thing that helped my stomach area is a LOT of exercise, and avoiding stuff like potato chips, french fries, anything that can give me a lot of water retention.

But it's mostly the exercise, 1 hour of cycling (at 25km per hour speed), 35 minutes of Yoga Meltdown (combination of yoga/flexibility and strength training) and 15 minutes of Iron Yoga (yoga combined with weight lifting, currently using 3kg dumbbells). This is all daily, without rest days. (unless I'm sick, then it's just the cycling, trying really hard never to skip it.)

I would swap the low fat yoghart with a normal one.

Fat is actually quite good for you and you need it in your diet.

Low fat yoghart normally has loads of added sugar which isn't so great. Plus if you look at the labels of the low fat vs the normal the fat content isn't that different, low fat products are a way of selling more of a product.
