Do any of you juice? I want to start juicing but how long can you keep the juice? I want to make 2 servings a day for about 2-3 days before I make some more. Would it go bad by then? and also, what is your recipe?

The longer you keep a juice, the more vitamins it will lose. Especially vitamin C evaporates quickly.
Best to drink fresh or the same day.0 -
If you are starting juice, then remember this you have to drink fresh it will provide you more nutrients, never keep juice for a long time it will lose nutrients. Also, never make any mistake with drinking juice as:
Leaving your juicer dirty.
Never keep your juice for a long time on the fridge and drink try to use fresh.0
