Greetings!
I registered a long time ago, 2011, but never used the Message Boards... yeah I know! shame on me! Well I think I registered @MFP for the purpose of the majority! Track my calories to loose some weigh, I already had around 230lbs (105kg), as you can see on the before pic, and the lowest, around 165lbs (75kg). As I lost some muscular mass, I made a bulk, i am at 175lbs right now, and pretending to go down to around 154 lbs with little muscular mass loss...
During the progress I took some formations, and became fitness group classes instructor and Personal trainer. All the achievements were done only through dieting and exercise, not any kind of medication or chemichals.
