changing plans?

i've been using the NHS C25K podcast so far and they've been great, i've found Laura to be a great support
but i'm just sick of the music, it was fine to start with but now i'm into the longer runs i need something more to my own taste
so i've bought the rundouble C25k plan, but one thing has confused me
my next run is week 6 day 3, the NHS Podcast has that as a solid 25 minute run but the rundouble app has it as a 22 minuet run
rundouble has week 7 as a 25 minute run so do you think i should just suck it up and done day 1 of week 7 twice? or go with their plan and do a shorter 22 minute run like it suggests?

actually ignore this thread, i'm going the 25 minute run, it's what i was originally planning, i'll just get on with it0
