How do people hit their calcium levels? Im struggling to hit mine even with my diet being third yoghurt...helppppp

    If your going by MFP in all likelihood the figure it's giving you is wrong. Food labeling in most countries does not legally have to list calcium content so rarely does. Even on the rare occasion that it does people frequently do not include it when they add a new entry to the MFP database. So for those reasons MFP really isn't a good way to track your calcium, iron and many other things. If you don't have any medical issues or reason to believe your calcium is low and are getting a well balanced diet you will probably be getting plenty of calcium. If though you think you have issues it may be worth speaking to your doctor.
