    Yeah, there isn't a "privacy" option on myfitnesspal when it comes to anything on your profile page.

    As far as I know there's no way to make your photo's private or even friends only. If you don't want em seen you gotta delete them.

    Yeah, this website is sort of geared towards community, so only post the pictures you want to be seen. If you don't want people to see your face, crop it out.
