I was wondering if anyone had advice as to what type of protein powder to buy for post workout. Due to food allergies I am unable to eat dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy so this eliminates many options of protein types. Any advice about a good protein source would be great!

Here is one I bought but have not tried yet: Biochem Sports Vegan Protein Vanilla.
http://www.vitacost.com/biochem-sports-vegan-protein-vanilla-11-4-oz -- it looks like the reviews are all over the map so I do not know how good it will taste.
I used to drink a Pea Protein that was perfectly acceptable. It was a while ago. 'Sorry that I do not remember the name.
Look on Amazon. I have seen Hemp, Chia, Rice, . . . They might not have as much protein as the others you mentioned but they might be close enough.0
