Need some help staying on track :)

So I've never had a overweight problem, however I've definitely had an underweight problem throughout all of high school. Although I will always struggle with an eating disorder, I've been feeling really motivated lately to only put the right things in my body and to avoid binge eating. I've been feeling so tired and horrible lately because I don't put enough food in my body and when I do it it's normally fast food. I really need help finding a healthy eating buddy to help encourage me, I'm very young and I don't know much of anything about nutrition.

    Feel free to add me ill send a msg. If you have a hard time eating and feeling tired, I would suggest try juicing fruits and vegetables which should help with the energy level.
