Hi all,
I don't belong to a gym and don't really want to join one because I travel too much for my job. I would like to add some strength training, what would be some good things I can do at home?
Thanks!

You might like bodyweight strength training. Nerd Fitness has a good beginner's bodyweight workout (http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/) It is what I started with back in March. The only equipment you need is your own body and then some sort of weight and a bench or a couple of chairs for the rows. There is a video on the page that goes through the workout. If you can't do any of the exercises, you can back off on reps or sets (do only 2, for example) or do a modified version of the exercise (inclined pushups instead of regular, etc.)
I really liked the program and used for several months before switching over to the Start Bodyweight basic program. It looks like you've been walking some for exercise. You could do the BBWW on alternating days with the walking.0 -
You can do a lot with body weight exercises. Google!0
