Tuna steak

I have been confused and befuddled with the variation in calorie values for Tuna steak - I have a Tuna steak (150g raw weight) and have found values between 185 and 366 on the database. I cooked it on a Foreman grill with nothing added so am safe to use raw weight. On the USDA database it quotes 220 (ish - I have the exact number but have forgotten while typing this) Am I safe to go with this? Opinions on a postcard please.
