What do you find to be the most filling, but still low-calorie, foods? The best caloric bang for your buck, if you will. I would love to hear other people's ideas, especially for snack foods!
For me, it's...
1oz of beef jerky (there is a brand that is only 50 cals per oz). I can have this if my stomach is still growling after a too-small meal and feel great!
1 table spoon of natural peanut butter. Love it after a workout. 95cals.
Banana. Kinda high-calorie (100-ish), but if I eat one before a workout I'll never quit!
