I'm new here and I just wanted to say hello and tell everyone that I've loved reading your posts. They've kept me coming back everyday and have kept me accountable. I'm to that frustrating point where you drop the initial water weight, then nothing. I realize that some of the fat is being replaced by muscle, thus the pounds aren't going down; still "FRUSTRATION"! One would think that after 6 weeks of exercising and 4 weeks of counting calories, I would notice something. I've tried to be very accurate on the calories, although I admit I DO need the occasional chocolate.
