What does "bump" and "nsv" mean? I see it all the time on these boards, but I do not understand what they mean.

Once upon a time, bump stood for "bring up my post." It's an easy way to push a thread back to the top of the boards or save it to My Topics so that you can find it later when you don't have anything to add to the thread itself.
NSV stands for non-scale victory.

Huh, I thought I was internet savvy but I actually never realized "bump" was an acronym, I just assumed it was a reference to "bump" in volleyball where you just keep the ball in the air for someone else to strike it.0
