How realistic is my goal?

Your goal is absolutely realistic. If you are exercising 30 minutes a day, plus incorporating some strength training, you should really be eating more than 1,000 calories daily. You want to eat more to continue to fuel your body and keep your metabolism going. If you add some more calories, continue your exercise routine, and keep to logging MFP daily, there should be no reason you can drop one size. I am sure you actually can drop more than one size if you put your mind to it. Good luck!!!0
