Why oh why is that I have 6 different sizes of clothes in my closet. Depressing but inspirational to change and and have one happy size in there. Depressing looking at the clothes that I fit in now and inspirational to imagine myself in the clothes I love that are collecting dust. What a reality check!!!

Keep one pair of the biggest Jeans you have worn. Try them on somewhere down the line - it is soooo rewarding to see how far you have come in a tangible visual way. I thought I had gotten rid of all of my "big" clothes and then the other day found a pair of size 14 jeans that I only wore one time because they were too tight. I tried them on just to see - They literally fell off of me. I definitely did a happy dance. It is good to keep just one pair to remind of where we have been, how far we have come, and the rewards for our really hard work.

I completely agree. I did the summer-to-winter clothes switch last weekend and became quite annoyed with myself when I realized how many cute summer things I had not worn because they were a bit too snug. Instead of letting that get me down, though, I decided that will be part of my motivation to get this weight off. We are going to Rome next May and if I can fit in to those things comfortably I won't need to buy anything new. Posso farlo! Ciao, Roma!
