My journey to being fit

When I started out with this journey...I had no intention on being skinny or fit. I really did it for my mind and emotional health. I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with PPD, but it's awful. Mood swings, mad at the world, just not happy with my life. Maybe I was even in denial at how awful I looked in the mirror....not sure. But I really thought working out would be therapeutic, and it was. I randomly posted on a yard sale page looking for a beach body coach to sell me the workout I wanted which was t25. She was literally a godsend and helped me SO much and held me accountable. I got my nutrition in check and months later I'm still working out and eating clean. I lost 11 pounds and I'm now working on getting some gains
