Hello! I was fit as a fiddle before my first. Now two kids under 5 later and I was 20 pounds heavier and totally out of shape. But I really only get to work out after the kids go to bed, so I'm looking for others in the same boat to help me motivate! I have lost 10 pounds but I'm having a really really hard time getting any more off so I was thinking some others may help keep me there. I DEFINITELY struggle with emotional eating and I'm in the habit of using food as my reward.
Most of my exercise is dog walks, tennis when I can fit it in, and exercise videos
. I'm in this for the long haul and so my biggest goals are to avoid injury and get back in the habit of a healthy lifestyle.
