I like to make a lot of desserts and other tastey stuff that's protein based and hit's my macros etc. So people asked me a lot about the recipes and I figured I'd post them here. I'll post them as I make them. I get most of my ideas off 'the source' from bb.com but I don't always follow his recipes to the "T", I adjust to what I happen to have to work with at home or want to try.

So this is a bunch of "The Source's" videos / recipes which is the main inspiration and where I get most of my ideas from. Some of my ideas just come from other guys I talk to also but most of them come from this guy. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/forum/threads/72242-Cellucor-Core-Whey-Protein-(Cinnamon-Swirl-and-Peanut-Butter-Marshmallow)

So tonight's treat was chocolate cake.

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used cheap stuff for this, Six Star brand)
1 scoop of dark chocolate cupcake mix (use same scooper as the protein powder scooper)
about .25 cup of almond milk
mix that up and then stick it in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
Topped it with 2 TBS of Skippy Dark Chocolate peanut butter spread

Tasted amazing to say the least.

    MACROS:
    double chocolate muffin - 230cals; 28 carb; 13fat; 3 protein

    skippy chocolate peanutbutter 200cals; 12carb; 14fat; 6 protein

    six star protein 170cals; 8 carb; 2fat; 30 protein

    Almond breeze 15cal; 2carb; 1 protein

    Totals: Calories-615; Protein-40; carb-50; fat 31

Also, I use this thing to make the cake in but you can just use a bowl if you want. I like this thing though.

2nd treat for tonight - Smores Proats

    1 cup quick oats
    1 scoop Cellucor Smores Whey

    oats - 300 cal; 54 carb; 5 fat; 10 protein
smores whey 130 cal; 5 carb; 2 fat; 25 protein

Totals: do you're own math on this one lol

Mix with water and microwave. Tasted pretty good, would taste even better as cold overnight oats I think. I'll try that another time.
