Hello, my name is Tara. I am 40 years old and live in Stockton, CA. I was introduced to this website by an old HS friend, Chris. At first I didn't think I could do it, b/c I have never counted calories in my life! BUT once I started doing it, it became addicted and I love it. My offfical stated date was, Wednesday, October 27, 2010 and as of today, I have lost a total of 3lbs, which makes me very happy.

    Congrats to you! I recently started counting calories - joined in Oct - and it really works (for me at least). If you tell me I can't have something - then I want it but if I know my calories then I am just fine. :)
