I'm back. I gained back almost nearly 40 lbs that I lost with MFP. It was completely my fault. Once I stopped tracking and recording my food... I began to gradually gain it back. Before I knew it, I was back to my too fat self. I'm going to turn this around, get back on track and be the most fit me ever!

Thanks for all the comments. The good news is I am determined... and adorable. OK... maybe I exaggerated... on the determination, but I'll keep plugging away at it.

I've often wondered how I'll manage after I've lost the weight. I find it fairly easy to count calories and lose weight, but I don't want to have to do it forever.

What do you think you'll do differently this time to avoid regaining? Maybe I can borrow your ideas. :)

    I'm back BABY!!!

I've decided a "diet" isn't something you go on to loose weight. It is what you need to do to live. I plan to follow healthy eating and exercise patterns for life. And as long as MFP is free, I'll live a little longer to enjoy doing it.
