Are amazing! i am eating them now. Here is the recipe just incase someone didn't post it (which I am sure they did cause its good)
1/2 c pineapple juice
6oz chicken breast
4 medium white mushrooms
1/2 med onion cut in 8 slices
1/2 med yellow pepper cut into 4 slices
1/2 med red pepper cut into 4 slices
1/2 med green pepper cut into 4 slices
1/2 c pineapple
2 tbls terriyaki sauce
cut breast into 12 chunks place in bowl cover with juice. Cover and put in fridge for 30 mins
drain juice
grill on foreman or on outside grill until chicken is done (i like this method better than the pan method)
makes 2 servings
per serving 2 skewers
178 cal
1.5 fat
751 sodium
19 carb
2.5 fiber
12 sugar
23 protein
and i even added it to the food system so it will come up when you add to your journal

Mmmmm I made kebobs the other night they were so good. Although I didn't follow this recipe, but thanks for posting next time I will use the juice for the chicken. I used zucchini, mushrooms peppers, chicken. I didn't even consider using onion but next time they are definitely gonna have a place on my skewer. Guess I have to make a trip to the store tommorow.0
