Wahoo! Finally figured out how to get the images to show up! :-)

Down:
22.6 pounds - Only 59 pounds to go to my goal weight of 160.
9.9% body fat
36.575 inches total, which includes:
- 4.25" bust
- 5.05" chest
- 4.50" waist
- 4.25" hips
- 3.33" right thigh
- 4.50" left thigh

    where did you get that at 160 you would be 9.9% bodyfat? I am wondering.

    What is your height, present weight, starting weight and BF% at your starting or present weight.

    Pretty sure she meant that she lost 9.9% body fat, not that she has only 9.9% body fat.

    Correct @golfbrew. I have lost 9.9% body fat.

    I am 5'8", started at 242 pounds and 45.9% body fat. I'm now 219.4 pounds and 35% body fat.

    Great job!! I am 5'8" too and my goal weight is 162...(I like the number :) You can do it!
