Introduction time

I've used this website for a few years, but I've never introduced myself. My name is Danielle. I live in MA and I'm 26. I've had a lot of problems with eating disorders the last 3 years or so, but it's time for me to diet in a healthy way. I have a very supportive boyfriend, but I would also love some support from other people who are losing weight. Tips on exercising or recipes, or even just some simple encouraging words.

I'm used to posting stats on forums and things, though that was always on eating disorder sites, but I'll do it here as well.

CW: 180
HW: 230
LW: 160
GW: 150

I've wanted to be at 150 for a very long time and I can never seem to get there. I'm extremely determined this time and I want to do it in healthy way.
