Sometimes the ammount of calories MFP is telling me i burn from exercise REALLY differs from what other things online say..for example, i do spinning classes...MFP says i will burn something like 454 calories for one hour of this, but other sites say its over 720 calories...what do i believe??i want my exercise diary to be accurate...

Well I would go with MFP, because I would rather under estimate then over estimate.
But if you want it to be very accurate then try getting a HRM, then you will know for sure!

i too go on the low side...but one other site I look at is http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php0

yeah I've been estimating my caloric burn on the low side and estimating my calories in on the high side! I figure I can't lose that way! Or err rather, I should lose that way...0
