Is it worth it?

Once we move in January I wont be able to get to the gym nearly as often, so most of my "exercise" will be through cleaning and other activities at home. I was thinking of purchasing a BodyBugg but it's pretty expensive to not like it.

  • I find it a great way to monitor what you are doing. The food page is similar to myfitnesspal, but to monitor you exercise and steps it is great. It is a great motivator when you know you need to burn more calories or get up and walk more to get your steps in. I think it was worth it for me. My daughter and I share one. She uses it for a month and I used it for a month. You get an idea of what you do burns calories and how many.
  • i would be interested in finding this out too.

My husband and I both have a Bodybugg and we really love it. The information you get from using it is so helpful if you're trying to lose weight because now you have a better idea of what your body burns during all types of exercise (and at rest). As long as every day you eat 500 calories less than what you burn that day, you should lose at least 1 lb per week.

I can't say enough good things about this product!

I agree, well worth the investment. However I dislike american companies whos tech support is outsourced and have been known to flip out when speaking wiht them but, otherwise, awesome purchase.
All the data is so much fun. I love to look at all the treports and stuff.
