Hi there.
I need some good exercises for my flabby arms. I tend to always wear long sleeves
because they are so out of shape. would appreciate all the advice from those who are in the know

You just can't spot reduce. However you can increase your arm's muscle mass. Grab a couple of light dumbbells. Say maybe 5 pounds or less. Do curls, etc. You can also do push ups. Those put the strain on your biceps. Do modified push ups at first. Woman seem to get more compact than men when lifting weights so don't worry too much about getting gorilla arms.
Best of luck to you.0 -
Anything that works your triceps will help. Tricep dips are good. There's another exercise where you hold your arm above your head and bend your elbow behind you. Doing this with a light weight works those muscles. There are also exercises you can do on weight machines if you go to the gym.0

I like to do functional strength training over using weights. I do tricep dips and I do push ups, planks and swing kettle bells. I also swim.
Doing all of this has caused me to fill out all my flappy batwings. So as long as I keep my arms flexed, I'm golden. :laugh:0
