slim in 6

hi can anyone advise me on how to log this in my excerise diary, i have (thanks to you guys and advise) got this slim in 6 and have just started day one today it took 20 minutes but im not sure how to log it as i dont have a HRM or any idea on cals burnt

    Hey!
    I'm in a group of slim in 6-ers that started on November 1st and we've taken to entering it as aerobics - moderate for 20 mins. It's not exact of course because you can't know for sure without a HRM but it gives a general idea. We're all starting Ramp it Up! today but if you'd like to have a support system through the program, feel free to join us!     oh and i just checked its 25 mins not 20 so thats even better im getting a read of about 166 cals ??
